Our secure online timetable allows you to check the date and time of your double glazed windows or doors delivery and make changes to your preferences or availability. This service operates 24/7.

Changes to a multi-drop schedule require confirmation from all parties involved. Therefore, modifications to the multi-point drop-off plan are not final until confirmed by all affected parties.

Log in with your customer login and password. If you’ve forgotten your login details, email us for assistance. Only customers or their authorized representatives can make changes. Builders, architects, project managers, or interior designers must first obtain the customer’s explicit permission to make changes. We reserve the right to reject unauthorized changes.

For delivery delays exceeding 2 months, contact your sales representative directly as these cannot be processed online. You may need to pay a storage fee for prolonged or repeated delays.

Failing to notify us of changes in your availability at least 2 days before the scheduled delivery may prevent timely adjustments and could disrupt other customers in a multi-point delivery.
