Energy Effcient Windows Delivery Schedule

We strive to deliver in the shortest possible time to maintain high standards of service and efficiency. Normally delivery occurs 2-6 weeks after order, at an agreed date, however delivery times are dependent on size & complexity of your order as well as your location.

It is possible to deliver in stages, at request of the client/ builder/ project manager/ architect but note that each delivery will incur a fee. Also, although we are happy to accommodate urgent orders, please note that prioritising an item in an order can change our production plan and create bottlenecks, which can delay the rest of the window and door items. Instead we encourage clients, builders, architect, project managers to consult us in the planning stage to manage, control and ultimately minimise the impact of potential problems eliminating the need for urgent double glazed windows and doors items that can needlessly increase cost (directly through additional delivery charge/s and indirectly as opportunity cost of delays)

A multi-drop off option is available on request for those customers with fewer number of double glazed windows and doors, who are prepared to share the delivery truck to save money. In the case of a multi point drop-off, customers are at the mercy of each other's availability, so in the event of a cancellation by one or more customers, remaining customers may be delayed. We go to a considerable effort to accommodate everyone's first preference and use optimal allocation and minimisation of wait time approach to the delivery schedule, but occasionally cancellations or changes by clients or factors outside our control (floods, cyclones, bushfires, strikes, power failure etc) can cause delays. Even though we have a contingency plan, clients should be prepared for changes.

Customers are also welcome to make their own arrangements to pick up the double-glazed windows and doors from our facility.

We deliver at kerbside; accordingly, let us know if you suspect there will be access problems so that there are no delays to the delivery. If there are gates and security, don't forget to supply us with appropriate clearance or advise the security. In the event there is no access and/or there is no authorised person to take possession of the goods, we reserve the right to withdraw from delivery, and a new delivery (at a fee) will be arranged.

To make delivery process for your double glazed windows and doors smooth and trouble free for everyone, please help us by arranging temporary parking at kerbside, in a driveway or elsewhere near the site, and advising of maximum height restrictions if there are overhead wires, cables or a bridge.

Changes to your order, even if it does not change the number of double glazed window and door items can also change the delivery date, because if the size & style change substantially, a bigger truck may be required to deliver your double glazed window products.

The total cost of delivery is directly related to the sizes and number of double glazing items in your order. If any of your double glazed windows or doors exceed a certain level in either height or width, we must use a bigger truck, which will raise the cost of delivery, even if you have only a single double glzing item. The first delivery level is 4m wide; the second delivery level is 6m wide.
