Successful candidates must be familiar with processes involved in manufacturing windows and doors. Experience working with pvc and /or glazing experience highly regarded, although training will be provided.

Full Job Description: Working at the factory, team members engage in a variety of tasks including using cnc machinery, fitting window hardware, testing windows and doors etc. Candidates are assumed to have some knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety as well as steps involved in window and door manufacture. After completing training, team members are expected to specialise in a step of production or area that interests them.

This position will require heavy lifting, physical fitness and some assumed knowledge of safe lifting and glass handling practices. Previous experience as a window installer or glazier is highly regarded (even if overseas), but full knowledge based and hands-on training will be provided. The scope of this role may involve domestic, commercial, industrial and specialty or challenging installations, so the ideal candidate must be prepared to extend their skill and challenge themselves under supervision of the manager.
