You can now easily and safely get a quote, place an order, purchase double glazed windows, doors and products and check the delivery schedule through our new online service. Any personal information given will be used only by us to process your order. Please ensure you specify the delivery address if different to your residential address.

We require a 40% deposit with a written signed order giving full details (sketches and all relevant dimensions in mm) of the double glazed items. Double Glazed Windows and Doors will not start the manufacture of your double glazed windows, until payment is received. If you require double glazed products urgently, please make the deposit payment promptly. We try to accommodate you as much as possible, however we will not be able to manufacture your order of double glazed windows and doors without the 40% deposit. Confirmation of your order will be forwarded to you once the 40% deposit is received. Alternatively, clients can order through our re-sellers at retail prices on their payment terms.

Our schedule of delivery for most double glazed windows and doors allows for us to take 3-6 weeks to manufacture utilizing mass production. The products are delivered without glass and handles, however, they already contain internal hardware pieces.

In order to keep our costs and our prices low, we can operate a multi-drop delivery system and are not able to give a delivery time until all customers participating in the system are contacted. We deliver the double glazed products to your kerbside. Please ensure that someone is available all day, on the day of delivery who is capable of assisting the driver in unloading and checking the goods when they arrive.
